Job Qualification Requirements:
High school graduate and has completed technical course in the jobs related fields. Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in building maintenance. Experience must include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in building systems using standard tools and maintenance procedures. Possess knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Working knowledge of construction tools, common appliances, and electrical devices. Able to work on flexible hours including holidays and weekends. The work schedule for the position includes shifting and split shifts and each beneficiary shall have 1-day off per week. Can work under less supervision, and must be able to meet deadlines. Must be physically fit to handle all kinds of strenuous works. Must have own transportation to & from work and must possess a valid CNMI Driver's license. This job is a temporary full-time position. Survey buildings/establishments and repair mechanical systems and building conditions to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Perform maintenance of electrical systems such as replacing light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, design & set up electrical and panels, prepare electrical load calculation, etc. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality. Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed.
